Jack Regan
President
With over 45 years of experience in the roofing industry, Jack Regan is the founder and President of Weather-Tite Roofing Co. He is an expert in all areas of roofing and continues to pass his extensive knowledge on to the next generation. Jack takes pride in delivering excellent work at honest prices, a value that has shaped the company since day one.
Carole Regan
Co-President & Office Manager
Carole Regan co-founded Weather-Tite Roofing with Jack over 25 years ago. As Co-President and Office Manager, she has mastered the ins and outs of the roofing industry to ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience from the first call to the final inspection
Ian Regan
Lead Sales & Marketing Manager
Ian Regan leads sales and marketing at Weather-Tite Roofing. A graduate of Penn Charter High School and Duquesne University, Ian is also a Union Carpenter. As the second generation of Regans in the business, he brings a fresh perspective while upholding the company’s strong family values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Head Foreman
Luis Salinas has been with Weather-Tite Roofing since 2004 and serves as our Head Foreman. He ensures every job is completed to the highest standards. Known for his professionalism, leadership, and genuine kindness, Luis consistently earns praise from our customers for his attention to detail and dedication to quality work
